Our aim is to construct a franchising network of sales points for the popularization of the culture of Italian cuisine through:
- the flavours (with catering based on freshly made dishes and free samples
- the spread of culinary knowledge diffused with new technology (from the site www.theitalianecookbook.com)
- the elegance and class of the Italian style (images from the sales point, merchandising of kitchen items).
In the sales points, the clients would find:
- Italian dishes of a high quality, made on the spot, following the recipes of the "Italian e-Cookbook", with the option of take-away dishes;
- breakfast in the Italian style (espresso, cappuccino, brioche, etc.)
- tasting of DOP products and DOC wines (sponsored by the producers);
- all the knowledge of Italian cooking included in the Italian e-Cookbook, with personalised recipe packets (either directly printed from the internet, on CD-ROM or other media);
- typical products (wines, herbs and spices, cheeses, cold meats, etc...) packaged and not easily found outside the Italian market;
- tools and instruments for cooking in the Italian e-Cookbook way;
- cooking courses, events, demos, all with the presence of our professional chefs.
The absolute newness of this project, the reliability and vastness of the "Italian e-Cookbook" database, the professionalism in this field are excellent indicators of the possible success of this initiative.
